Safety and Honesty are the two principles that guide the actions of Grupo Parques Reunidos. Mirabilandia has always based its actions upon these principles: this is why we automatically share the Group’s guidelines and make them of utmost priority to all Mirabilandia collaborators.

To strengthen our commitment to fairness and transparency of behaviour, both from an ethical and regulatory viewpoint, Mirabilandia has deemed it appropriate to adopt a valid Organizational Model which, together with the Parques Reunidos Group Code of Ethics, represents the intensity with which it wants to keep faith with the ethical responsibilities deriving from the activity carried out.

This commitment is shared indiscriminately by Mirabilandia and its collaborators, in the context of their respective activities.

For the impartial verification of the correct application of everything contained in the Organizational Model and Code of Conduct, a specific, totally autonomous and independent Supervisory Body has been established, as also provided for by legislation 231/08 to which express reference is made.

Therefore, any doubt or report of violation of the ethical principles maintained in Mirabilandia’s Organizational Model and Code of Conduct must be submitted to:

The Supervisory Body declares that, without prejudice to the total confidentiality of the identity of those who make the reports, anonymous communications will not be taken into consideration pursuant to the relevant legislation.
