WHAT IS FLASH PASS?

The Flash Pass is a supplementary service which will allow you to reduce waiting times for the Park's attractions.

DOES IT LET YOU SKIP THE QUEUE?

No, you won’t be able to skip the line but you will have priority access to the attractions.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

There are 3 kinds of Flash Pass, each one has different features and provides access to a different set of attractions. Priority access to the attractions will only be granted to Flash Pass holders, any accompanying persons without a Flash Pass will not be allowed to priority access. WHERE CAN YOU BUY THE FLASH PASS?

You can buy Flash Passes online on our website, or directly at the Park (at the ticket office, at the dedicated purchase point X Point, at the Mayan Shop store or at Las Vegas arcade).

If you buy the Flash Pass online, it will be valid on the date you chose for your visit (you can choose every day except the same date of the purchase).
If you buy the Flash Pass at the Park, it will be valid exclusively on the same date of your purchase.

The Flash Pass is a supplementary service, therefore it does not replace the entrance ticket to the Park
Flash Pass holders are required to comply with any restrictions of access to attractions (height, age, etc.) as Park regulations state.
Priority access to the attractions will only be granted to Flash Pass holders, any accompanying persons without a Flash Pass will not be allowed to priority access.
The Flash Pass does not allow access to first rows.
The Flash Pass is non-refundable, even in the event of unavailability of one or more attractions.
The purchase of the Flash Pass is subject to availability.

Buy and wear the Flash Pass Gold bracelet to access attractions as often as you like.

The Flash Pass Gold allows you to access the attractions of your choice an unlimited number of times (it does not allow access to first rows). The bracelet is strictly personal and cannot be transferred. Access to the attractions is not permitted for people who do not wear the bracelet correctly on their wrist.

How to use it: choose your attraction from the list and head to the Flash Pass reserved entrance following the signs “Entrata-Entrance Flash Pass” and show your bracelet to the attendant. If you decide to go on the same attraction again, just exit the station and get back in line to wait your turn at the Flash Pass reserved entrance.

Buy the Flash Pass regular card to get single access to each attraction where Flash Pass entrance is available (it does not allow access to first rows). The card is not personal, therefore it can be transferred.

How to use it: choose your attraction and head to the Flash Pass reserved entrance following the signs “Entrata-Entrance Flash Pass”. Give your card to the attendant who will stamp it, deleting the attraction you are about to ride from the list.

Buy the Flash Pass One Shot card to take advantage of a single access to 1 attraction eligible among those who have a Flash Pass reserved entrance at the Park (except Desmo Race and Blu River). You can choose your favourite from the complete list of attractions (it does not allow access to first rows). The card is not personal, therefore it can be transferred.

How to use it: check the complete list of attractions, choose one and go to the reserved Flash Pass reserved entrance, following the “Entrata-Entrance Flash Pass” signs. Give your card to the attendant who will stamp it.

By purchasing the Flash Pass you accept the following rules:

The Flash Passes sold at the Park's cash desks are valid only on the day of purchase.
Flash Passes sold online cannot be used on the day of purchase.
Access to attractions is also subject to the restrictions indicated by the competent commission ( height, age, etc.): see the online accessibility guide.
Guests who do not wear their bracelet correctly or do not hand over the card for it to be stamped are not allowed to enter the attractions.
The waiting time will be shorter at the entrance reserved for Flash Pass holders, than in the regular line; you may still need to wait a few minutes to accessthe attraction. The Flash Pass cannot be duplicated or reissued in case of loss or damage.
To guarantee the quality of the service and the shortest possible waiting time, all our Flash Passes are subject to limited availability; they are non-refundable even in case of unavailability of one or more attractions.
To allow for dispersal of the lines (regular and Flash Pass) in time for the Park’s closing time, access to the attractions may be closed early.
